First, try to find the correct codes, then use learning function to capture IR codes into software.

(3) Other PC programmable remote control

If you are the user of other PC programmable remote control, you can search the codes in their database, or you can ask help to them. Once you get the codes, use learning function to capture IR codes into software.

(4) If you are expert enough, maybe you are familiar with the IR codes file of Philips, UEI(JP1), you can find the codes in their support website.
Then use learning function to capture IR codes into software.

(5) Use "Code search" function to search the codes.

Although you can't find the brand and model in System database, its IR codes is inside the System database, which brand and model is different. After you find it, you can add it into "My database", then output to a TXT file. If you want to share it to others, you can upload it to this website.
This method needs device. But no needing other remote control.

(6) Use "Auto code Identify" function to search codes.

If you don't have device, but have original remote control or other replacement remote control, you can use this function to identify the codes in System database. That means that you needn't do learning operation for all keys, only one or two keys' learning, then you can find the codes in database.
